Brittany has spent the majority of her legal career being involved in the buying, selling and lending side of transactions. She has worked on asset based, stock based and real estate-based transactions. She has represented multiple franchises with national recognition through dozens of build outs, financing and liquidity events. She continues to represent and work with closely held businesses in New Hampshire and Massachusetts on a variety of business issues including but not limited to purchase agreements, lease negotiations, corporate planning and succession. Brittany provides her corporate clients with experience and knowledge to ensure a healthy business, foster growth, and develop a strategy for continued success. No matter what stage of business you are in, Brittany is experienced to navigate you to where you want to go.

Hannah Dempsey is a marketing specialist with 4 years of experience in the digital advertising space. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2018 with her Bachelors in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing. In 2019 Hannah returned to the classroom at Southern New Hampshire University to complete her Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management. Hannah has completed several marketing campaigns with clients in the banking, eCommerce, travel and leisure, healthcare, and the food and beverage industry. Each campaign brought on a new challenge and strategic plan for growth. Hannah is one of the founding members of ICONA, working alongside Greg and Brittnay to provide educational resources to clients.
